As you may have just seen, the big news dropped: Akai has officially released the MPC 3.6 software update and the new MPC Pro Feature Pack!

We’ve been waiting all year for this release to solidify where Akai was going with the MPC line, and now that it’s here, we can finally begin building out our updated courses and content.

Why This Matters for Our Packs

The Pro Pack introduces significant, powerful features that our customers will be demanding content on. This is our moment to update our offerings and capture the market.

Key features we need to integrate and plan for:

Four New Premium AIR Plugins: Fabric Select (new instruments), Visual EQ4, Reverb Pro, and Utility are now available. These will change how we approach sound design and mixing in our lessons.
System Upgrades: New workflow features like MPC Clip Launching (Matrix/Clip Edit, Follow Actions), Advanced Q-Links (LFO/Envelope Follower), and the Super Warp Algorithm will form the core of our next generation of tutorials.
MPC 3.6 Improvements: The new software brings crucial bug fixes and desktop-specific updates (even with the current beta limitations on Arrange/Matrix/Q-Link Edit on the GUI). We need to ensure our existing packs are tested for compatibility and our future packs reflect these changes.
